About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech‑savvy Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, documentation, and electronic file management. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to listen and translate information into clear written procedures, and confidence using modern digital tools, including AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and update procedures based on verbal instructions
- Record and organize meeting minutes
- Maintain structured electronic filing systems
- Utilize AI tools (including Gemini and other platforms) to streamline tasks
- Support general office administration and workflow coordination
- Assist with preparation for upcoming events (next event: approx. 55 attendees)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of office administration or related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech‑savvy; comfortable with AI tools and digital organization
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
