Full Stack Developer (GenAI Focus)
We are seeking an accomplished Full Stack Developer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to join our team and drive key initiatives forward.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Python and React within a dynamic, agile environment.
Leverage Generative AI tools and coding assistants to improve development velocity and solution quality.
Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, provide project status updates, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
Learn and Morgan Stanley’s proprietary frameworks and best practices.
Write comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability, quality, and maintainability.
Proactively adapt to change and continuously learn new technical and business concepts.
Required Skills & Experience
Python Development:
5+ years of overall development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python
Ability to write clean, efficient, and optimized code
Generative AI & Coding Assistants:
Databases:
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):
Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and observability tools

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.35/hour - $66.18/hour.
