What You'll Do
- Lead partner marketing programs - Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns that resonate with shared audiences
- Manage partner relationships - Serve as the primary point of contact for key partners, conducting regular business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and addressing challenges proactively
- Drive go-to-market strategy - Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Pricing teams to align marketing initiatives for TELUS and partner while meeting business objectives and seizing market opportunities
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns - Lead integrated campaigns across print, web, email, social, and events that engage customers and convert to sales
- Analyze performance metrics - Track marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and relationship health indicators; present insights and recommendations to leadership
What You Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record in B2B, partner relations, or channel marketing
- Exceptional relationship management skills - Proven ability to build trust, communicate strategically, and influence at all organizational levels
- Excellent communication abilities - Skilled at translating complex strategies into clear narratives for diverse audiences (executives, partners, sales teams)
- Project and campaign management - Experience developing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel marketing programs with measurable outcomes
- Data-driven mindset - Comfortable analyzing metrics, interpreting trends, and making recommendations based on insights
- Strategic thinking - Ability to think beyond tactics, identify market opportunities, and develop long-term partner growth plans
- Collaboration and adaptability - Thrives in matrix environments, manages competing priorities, and remains flexible in a fast-paced industry
- Strong business acumen - Understanding of TELUS and partner economics and how to align marketing investments with revenue goals
Must Haves
- 5+ years of marketing and partner management experience
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
- Strong program and partnership management skills
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
