Summary
The Houseman is an essential member of the front-line team, contributing to customer service excellence. He/She is responsible for ensuring the poker room is being run in accordance with AGLC Terms and Conditions and House rules. He/She will respond to guest’s inquiries and problems in person and respond to incoming calls.

Job Duties

Ensure Poker Room is being run according to AGLC Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Answer Phones.

Open and close games as required.
-
Deal with guests’ inquiries and problems.

Run the Board.

Organize and deal with the Dealers
-
Maintain Paper work.

Bad Beat

Cashier

Tracking table opening and closing.

Scheduling.

Work as a Cashier.

Complete all money transactions.

Balance float.
Requirements
-
At least 18 years of age.
-
Able to maintain a security clearance.

Available to work evenings and weekends.

Work in a fast-paced environment

Poker dealing experience
-
Previous supervisory experience is an asset

Work Conditions

Stands during the entire shift.
