About the Opportunity
Sherwood Kia is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in automotive sales or looking to start a rewarding career, this is an opportunity to work in a high-performing dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and results.
You’ll be working in our brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia facility alongside a supportive team that is committed to helping you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Provide an exceptional and professional customer experience from first contact to delivery.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the finance and management teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Stay up to date on Kia products, features, and promotions.
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $80,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
