LITE Toronto is a modern multidisciplinary wellness clinic looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Clinic Administrator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also having a passion for marketing, social media, and business growth. You'll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping expand our online presence and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Liaise with healthcare providers and patients regarding appointments and treatment plans
- Welcome and orient new patients to the clinic
- Ensure patient intake forms, waivers, and documentation are completed accurately
- Open and close the clinic following established procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
- Assist with product and service sales
- Develop and improve administrative procedures to optimize patient care
- Manage internal and external communications, answering patient inquiries professionally
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist with photography, videography, reels, and written content creation
- Execute and help refine the clinic's social media and marketing strategy
- Monitor social media trends and identify new marketing opportunities
- Respond to social media messages, comments, and online inquiries
- Support promotional campaigns, events, and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with the clinical team to highlight services, patient education, and success stories
Requirements:
- Located in the GTA
- Bachelor's degree preferred (will consider students)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Passion for healthcare, wellness, and serving the community
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in administration, customer service, or clinical operations preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer literacy and experience with scheduling software
- Experience with platforms such as Jane, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Photography, videography, and graphic design skills are considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and digital marketing is an asset
