About the Role
We're looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team — whether you're looking to build a private caseload alongside your existing full-time job, or you're seeking full-time work with us. Either way, you'll have real control over your schedule and the clients you see.
Our caseload spans pediatrics through adults, so you can set preferences for the populations and presentations you most enjoy working with. Sessions can be delivered virtually, through home visits, or in the community, depending on client need and your own preferences.

What You'll Do
- Provide assessment and intervention services to clients ranging from pediatrics to adults
- Deliver services virtually, in clients' homes, or in community settings as appropriate
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and needs
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with college standards
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and the West End Speech team
Requirements
- Valid registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) in good standing
- Strong clinical skills across a range of populations (pediatric and/or adult experience welcome)
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Reliable communication and documentation practices
Preferred
- RASP (Registry of Autism Service Providers) registration
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (for home and community visits)
Pay: $100.00-$154.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.0 – 30.0 per week
