Door-to-Door Marketer
OneWash Okanagan is growing fast—and we’re looking for outgoing, energetic Field Marketing Representatives to join our team! This role involves going door-to-door in local neighborhoods, introducing homeowners to our premium window cleaning and power washing services.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in generating leads and scheduling estimates.
Responsibilities
- Knock on doors in assigned neighbourhoods and introduce our services
- Explain the benefits of OneWash services with confidence and professionalism
- Collect homeowner information and schedule free estimates
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner
- Work independently or in teams under the guidance of a sales manager
- Track and report daily activity and lead submissions
Qualifications
- No experience necessary—we provide full training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Reliable transportation to and from designated areas
- Must be 16+ years old

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
