We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive person to help support our busy family and keep our household running smoothly. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys creating order, taking initiative, and making a meaningful difference in a family's day-to-day life.
This is a part-time position (up to 12 hours per week) with flexible scheduling. We are located just outside of Nelson, so a reliable vehicle is required.
This is not primarily a childcare position. The focus is on helping reduce the mental load of managing a busy household by anticipating needs, staying organized, and taking initiative with everyday tasks.
Responsibilities may include:
- Cleaning, housekeeping and tidying
- Laundry (washing, folding, and putting away)
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping and occasional errands
- Organizing household spaces and storage
- Changing bed linens
- Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
- Assisting with other household tasks as needed
- Occasional support with children or family routines when appropriate

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
