Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Parts Technician / Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with customer service and sales skills to ensure efficient parts management and excellent client interactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in, automotive, and retail sales, with strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual abilities and familiarity with POS systems, This position offers an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to providing top-quality service and solutions to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing heavy truck parts.
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Process customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses for parts availability.
- Support daily store operations and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy truck parts and inventory.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) on a regular basis.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in a warehouse environment.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS software, and inventory management tools
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build customer relationships
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.55-$22.00 per hour
