The Role
The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is a key part of keeping the operation moving. You’ll pick and prepare customer orders, receive and stock incoming product, help organize the warehouse, and deliver materials to customers and suppliers.
This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter. Your work directly supports the customers and tradespeople who count on WIPAL every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Build shipments and secure loads for delivery
- Deliver orders to customer shops and warehouses
- Pick up products and supplier returns
- Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory
- Label and organize products, shelves, and bins
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Help maintain a clean, safe warehouse and pipe yard
- Assist with snow removal, unloading trucks, and general warehouse support
- Ensure facility security procedures are followed at open and close
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean driver’s abstract
- CSA Green Triangle Grade 1 safety footwear required
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working on your feet in a physical environment
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is an asset
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it
- Plumbing product knowledge is an asset but can be taught

Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site warehouse and delivery role
- Monday through Friday
- Physical work including lifting, standing, unloading freight, ladder use, and outdoor work in all Alberta weather conditions
- Some after-hours work required for projects or inventory
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
