We're looking for an experienced window and door installer who's ready to step into a leadership role—without stepping away from the work.
At Magic Window & Doors, our installs are custom and our standards are high. You'll lead crews, own the measurement process, and make sure every job gets done right the first time.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of projects from post-sale measurement through installation completion
- Conduct precise technical measurements (brick-to-brick, retrofit, frame-forward)
- Identify and resolve potential install issues before they reach the job site
- Coordinate between sales, production, installers, and customers
- Hold installers accountable for workmanship and job execution
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, on spec, and with minimal callbacks
- Maintain clean, accurate job files through to production
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on window & door installation experience
- Experience leading crews or managing job sites
- Skilled in all three measurement types: brick-to-brick, retrofit, and frame-forward
- Strong problem-solving skills—you spot issues before they become problems
- Organized, decisive, and confident communicating with customers and trades
- English required
