We are looking for an experienced operations coordinator with mandatory background in the windows and doors industry to support order processing, scheduling, customer service, and general office operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify orders with manufacturers
- Review new contracts and job details
- Schedule and coordinate daily installations
- Handle service calls and customer complaints
- Support general office operations and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and quoting systems
- Coordinate between sales, installers, and manufacturers
Requirements (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the windows and doors industry
- Experience with order processing, scheduling, and customer service
- Strong understanding of cause-and-effect in operational workflows
- Confident user of quoting software and CRM systems
- Strong English communication skills
- Russian — a plus
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM, quoting tools)
- Highly organized, detail-focused, fast learner
- Proactive problem-solver with initiative
