Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Crew Member to join our outdoor maintenance and landscaping team. In this role, you will be an essential part of creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces by assisting with various landscaping, gardening, and site maintenance tasks. Duties
- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and maintaining gardens and landscaped areas.
- Operate equipment such as excavators, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively for various projects.
- Support irrigation system installation, repair, and upkeep to ensure healthy plant growth.
- Help with general site cleanup, debris removal, and preparation for landscaping projects.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members on larger projects involving construction or landscape installation.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of horticulture, gardening, and landscape maintenance practices.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with excavation equipment such as excavators is a plus.
- Understanding of irrigation systems and garden care techniques.
- Construction experience or background in outdoor project work is beneficial.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely outdoors.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support collaborative efforts.
