Weed Me is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador / Territory Manager to support a focused group of local cannabis retail stores. This role is designed for someone already working in cannabis retail, ideally as a manager, assistant manager, key holder, or experienced budtender, who wants to build hands-on field sales experience and take the next step in their cannabis career.

Role Overview
In this role, you will support approximately 40 local stores through regular visits, budtender education, store relationship building, and market feedback. You will help retail teams better understand the Weed Me portfolio and support growth across key business priorities, including distribution, velocity, and store engagement.
This is a part-time field role requiring approximately 8-12 hours per week, with clear KPIs set around points of distribution, product velocity, and completed store visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned cannabis retail stores on a regular schedule.
- Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, key holders, and budtenders.
- Educate retail teams on the Weed Me portfolio, brands, product formats, new launches, and key selling points.
- Support product visibility, menu presence, merchandising standards, and retail staff confidence.
- Identify opportunities to increase points of distribution within assigned stores.
- Help improve product velocity through consistent education, follow-up, and store-level support.
- Track store visits, conversations, opportunities, objections, and competitive insights.
- Share weekly updates on activity, wins, challenges, and market feedback.
- Support local staff education sessions, store pop-ups, and retail activations where permitted.
- Represent Weed Me professionally and responsibly within licensed cannabis retail environments.
KPIs & Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured through practical, store-level performance indicators, including:
- Completed store visits and quality of retail engagement.
- Growth in points of distribution across the assigned territory.
- Improvements in product velocity where Weed Me products are listed.
- Budtender and store team education activity.
- Quality of market feedback and follow-up.
- Identification of new listing, restock, or visibility opportunities.

- Comfortable speaking with store teams and sharing product information clearly.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage approximately 8-12 hours per week consistently.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Must meet all provincial age and regulatory requirements for working with cannabis.
- CannSell or equivalent provincial certification may be required depending on the market.
