EXPERIENCE:
Significant experience in liaising with the offices of senior executives.
Significant experience in the use of Peoplesoft
Experience in composing correspondence.
Significant experience in the use of Word, Excel and Power Point.
Experience in creating and maintaining databases, BF systems and filing systems.
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of office practices and procedures.
Knowledge of Peoplesoft.
Knowledge of travel arrangements procedure and guidelines.
Knowledge of Citizenship and Immigration Canada
(CIC).
