We’re growing — and we’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Concrete Restoration Estimator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for concrete restoration and waterproofing projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analyses.
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Prepare bid proposals and tender submissions.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.
- Work closely with project managers and operations to ensure successful project handoffs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Experience estimating concrete restoration and waterproofing projects.
- Strong understanding of restoration methods, waterproofing systems, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
