Now Hiring: Shift Supervisor
Availability: Full-time, 5 days a week, 28–40 hrs/week – flexible shift schedule
Shifts: Can start as early as 9:00am & end as late as 10:30pm

What You'll Do
● Direct and lead your co-workers on shift, setting the tone for great food and great service
● Responsible for daily opening and/or closing procedures
● Ensure speed of service and quality expectations are met on every shift
● Maintain a high level of standards for raw and finished product quality
● Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant
● Prepare menu items and products as needed
● Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
● Ensure food and service consistently meet quality control standards
● Provide customers with the highest level of service
Who You Are
● Previous management and/or supervisor experience is essential
● Clear spoken English
● Ability to multi-task and remain organized
● Dependable, punctual, and a role model for TacoTime standards
● Open availability, including opening and/or closing shifts
● Comfortable with cash handling and point-of-sale operation
