Pay Structure
- $30 per qualified lead
- $80 per estimate booked at the door
- + $1.25 increase (per lead & estimate) every month you work with us
- No cap on earnings
Top performers earn $1,200–$1,500+/week
What You’ll Do
- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods
- Start conversations with homeowners
- Introduce and sell home service offerings
- Generate leads and book estimates
- Track performance and improve daily

Training Provided
You’ll be coached on:
- Delivering compelling pitches
- How to approach homeowners with confidence
