We are looking for a team of energetic and engaging Facilitators of Fun to join our team at the Crock A Doodle in Aurora!

Studio duties would include assisting customers, pottery glazing/firing, and opening/closing. A Facilitator of Fun would also lead kids activities, birthday parties and events in and outside the studio. Every day is different from helping families create memories to leading high‑energy creative experiences.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a busy retail setting would be considered an asset, but not required.
- A willingness and desire to learn in a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Over-the-top customer service orientation
- A passion for creativity and desire to share it with others (no art experience is required)!
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive team player with an infectious personality.
- A self-motivated multitasker, who enjoys being busy and is not easily overwhelmed.
- Must be able to lift 60lbs.
This flexible position will also share the fun of Crock A Doodle with corporate groups, community organizations, schools, teams and clubs.
No artistic ability is required, our customers take care of that!
