We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and ambitious professional to join our team as a Risk, Tax & Client Experience Associate.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in financial services, business, wealth management, insurance, or financial planning. You will work directly alongside senior advisors, gain exposure to multiple areas of the business, and receive support in obtaining industry licenses and certifications.
What You'll Do:
As a key member of our team, you will support both client service and business operations by:
Client Experience & Relationship Support
- Serve as a Client Experience Ambassador, ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
- Facilitate client access to CRA online services and portals.
- Prepare client documentation and meeting materials.
- Support advisors before, during, and after client meetings.
Risk, Tax & Insurance Administration
- Prepare and organize tax packages and supporting documentation.
- Assist with insurance applications and underwriting processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and files.
- Support compliance requirements and documentation management.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Manage filing and document organization for both clients and the business.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Support the integration of AI and technology tools into business processes.
Marketing & Business Support
- Assist with client communications, public relations initiatives, and marketing activities.
- Support special projects and team initiatives as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong technology skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- 2 years of related industry experience.
Preferred Qualities:
- Interest in financial planning, wealth management, insurance, tax, or financial services.
- Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term professional career.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies, including AI and process automation.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Compensation:
This is a full-time salaried position with an annual salary of $50,000.
