Windshield Surgeons Auto Glass is one of Alberta’s leading auto glass providers, servicing over 80,000 vehicles each year. We’re expanding and looking for a motivated, goal-driven Service Advisor to join our Edmonton team.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist both retail and business customers in-store and over the phone
- Provide expert recommendations on services and products
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and referrals
- Upsell value-added services (such as rock chip repair or premium upgrades)
- Assist with general shop operations, billing, and scheduling
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales and customer service experience (automotive or service industry is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude
- A valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Comfortable driving both automatic and standard vehicles (preferred)
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficient with basic computer tasks (Microsoft Office, typing, learning new systems)
