REP Physio is one of Edmonton's leading, locally owned physiotherapy clinics, with three modern locations in south Edmonton and a reputation for exceptional patient care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an outstanding Medical Office Assistant to become an integral part of our team.
This isn't "just" a front desk position.
You'll often be the first person our patients meet and the last person they see before they leave. Your ability to make people feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for plays a vital role in the experience our patients have at REP.

Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming experience
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments for multiple healthcare practitioners
- Managing cancellations, recalls, and waitlists
- Processing payments and direct billing
- Assisting with Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) claims
- Managing patient records using Jane App (EMR)
- Coordinating with physiotherapists, massage therapists, psychologists, dietitians, and other team members
- Maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional front desk
- Anticipating needs and helping solve problems before they become problems

Preferred Experience
Experience with the following is considered a strong asset:
- Jane App or another electronic medical record (EMR) platform
- Telus Health eClaims and direct billing
- Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) claims
- Scheduling multiple practitioners in a busy healthcare clinic
- Physiotherapy, medical, chiropractic, massage therapy, or other healthcare reception
