As a Baker, you’ll be at the heart of creating our products from the ground up, mixing, preparing, baking, and ensuring every batch meets our high standards for quality and consistency. Every donut that comes out of the oven reflects your hard work and craftsmanship — helping us share a little joy, one bite at a time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of Protein Donut flavors.
- Scale and mix ingredients to produce batters, doughs.
- Ensure that products are baked to the correct temperature and texture
- Supporting workflow efficiency and maintaining consistency across all production processes
- Work efficiently within the production line to meet and exceed daily production targets without compromising the quality of the finished product.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure each donut meets the company’s high standards for appearance and finish.
- Follow recipes and quality standards to keep every batch consistent.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all food safety procedures.
- Bring positive energy to the kitchen — because good vibes are part of every recipe here.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience baking and food preparation, ideally in a high-volume bakery or food production environment. (min 2-3 years)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing a consistent product.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Job Type: Part Time
Expected Hours: 20 - 40hrs a week, availability on weekends and holidays required
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
