We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and quality food experiences. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage basic math calculations for billing purposes
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring a positive guest interaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Kitchen experience or prior serving experience is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and POS operations
