We aren’t a giant corporate agency—we are an agile team that produces high-end content. As we scale our operations, we are looking for a sharp, goal-oriented sales professional to take full ownership of revenue generation, fill our production calendar, and drive closed deals.
The Opportunity
This is an entry-level, junior role designed for a recent graduate or self-taught creator looking to build a real-world portfolio. You’ll gain hands-on experience running social accounts, working with marketing agencies, and operating studio equipment.
If you love creating short-form content on your phone or mirrorless camera and want direct access to a professional studio setup, this is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Create Social Video: Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) showing off our studio space, behind-the-scenes moments, and client projects.
- Basic Agency Outreach: Assist with direct messaging, commenting, and engaging with local Vancouver marketing agencies and creators on Instagram/TikTok to introduce our studio.
- Shoot with Semi-Pro Gear: Learn to operate our mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon setups), wireless mics, and basic LED lighting for fast, high-quality social shoots.
- Assist On-Site: Help set up lighting or gear when agencies host shoots in our space.
- Community & Trends: Keep track of trending audio, viral formats, and platform updates to keep our social channels current.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for Short-Form Video: You actively watch and create content on TikTok and Instagram. You understand what grabs attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Basic Editing Skills: Experience editing vertical video in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Comfort with Tech: Eager to learn basic mirrorless camera gear, wireless audio, and studio lighting (prior experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm to learn is required!).
- Self-Motivated & Reliable: Good communication skills, punctual, and excited to interact with clients and agency teams.
- Local: Must be based in the Metro Vancouver area and able to work on-site at the studio.
