Scotia Tire is hiring a Customer Experience Representative to support our Customer Experience Team. This customer-facing role manages orders, invoices, shipping updates, and follow-ups, with administrative support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer inbound customer calls and respond to emails professionally
· Provide accurate pricing, order details, and estimated delivery times (ETAs)
· Process orders (tires, wheels, wheel packages, repairs, and special orders)
· Coordinate with dispatch, shipping, and warehouse teams to resolve issues
· Track shipments and provide updates using Midland and other carriers
· Support invoicing, credits, returns, payments, and end-of-day processing
Qualifications
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· High attention to detail; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Comfortable with order entry and shipping platforms
· Tire industry experience is an asset
· 2 – 3 years of relatable experience
· Criminal Check required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
