Responsibilities:・Assist in the preparation and plating of dishes following COFU’s standards and presentation・Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
・Support chefs in mise en place, cooking, and quality control
・Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
・Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Required or Desired Skills:・Minimum 6 months of kitchen experience
・Quick learner and eager to adapt to new techniques
・Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks
・Proactive and solution-oriented — doesn’t leave issues unresolved
・Works efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
・Advanced proficiency in the Japanese language is a plus
Compensation:・Competitive hourly wage based on experience and skills, plus tips・Staff discounts available to all employees
Contract Type: Full-time (30-40 hours a week) / Part-time (Less than 29 hours a week)
Expected Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, between 2 PM and 11 PM
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible.
