Job Title: Costco Lead Generator – Lennox product sales ( No HVAC experience required)

We are looking for an outgoing and reliable summer student (must be over 16) to represent Summers & Smith inside two Newmarket Costco warehouses. As a Lead Generator, you’ll play a key role in promoting our residential heating and cooling services by engaging Costco members and encouraging them to schedule in-home consultations.
What You’ll Do:
– Greet and engage Costco members in a friendly, professional manner
– Explain the benefits of Lennox/Costco products and services
– Collect customer information to generate qualified sales leads
– Represent the Summers & Smith and Costco brands with enthusiasm and professionalism
– Work collaboratively with our sales team to help convert leads into sales
What We Offer:
– Hourly wage of $17.60, with bonus opportunities for in-home bookings
– Flexible schedule, 4.5 hour shifts, minimum 20 hours per week. Weekdays and weekends as scheduled.
– Training provided – no HVAC or technical experience required
– Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing, reputable HVAC company. Potential to continue weekend shifts once school is back in.
What We’re Looking For:
- Summer student with transportation, grade 11 or 12 preferred.
– Outgoing and comfortable interacting with Costco members.
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
– Ability to stand for extended periods at Lennox booth.
– Must have DAYTIME WEEKDAY & WEEKEND availability.
- Comfortable using app on phone and email.
– Previous sales or promotional experience is a plus, but not required. Friendly and outgoing is our only requirment.
- Must be able to easily travel between two Newmarket Costco stores.
Bonus structure will be discussed in detail during the interview.
