We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
- Check guests in and out efficiently using front desk systems
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, processing payments, and maintaining front desk supplies
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk or hotel guest services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications is advantageous
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and hotel operations is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing the brand effectively
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
