Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with prior real estate industry experience for a part-time position. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Candidates must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare transaction documents (listings, offers, amendments, waivers, cancellations)
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Upload/manage documents using SkySlope, DigiSign, Nexone/Lone Wolf
- Broker load and edit MLS listings on Realm
- Greet clients; answer and direct calls
- Schedule and manage showings on BrokerBay
- Manage, save, and file documents
- Maintain reception/common areas; track supplies
- Create feature sheets & brochures using Canva
- Manage and post on social media (Meta Business Suite)
- Assist with marketing and admin tasks
- Knowledge of Max Center/BoldTrail is an asset
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a real estate office, including proficiency in BrokerBay, Realm, SkySlope, and DigiSign
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and diplomacy
- Tech-savviness, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, Mailchimp and Social Media.
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
