Job Description:
We are hiring Concrete Workers for a leading concrete forming company in the GTA. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates with construction or concrete experience who are reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, leveling, and finishing.
- Set up and strip forms for foundations, walls, and slabs.
- Load, unload, and organize materials on site.
- Follow site supervisor instructions and safety procedures.
- Perform general labour duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous concrete or construction experience preferred.
- Candidates who speak Spanish or Portuguese are preferred.
- Comfortable with heavy physical work and long hours outdoors.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA.
- Steel-toed boots and basic PPE required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 7:00 AM Start | 50–60 Hours/Week
Pay: $21–$22/hour
