Title: Talent Network- Opportunities for First Nations Candidates
Salary: Based on the opportunity
Contract: Fixed Term, Permanent, Term or Casual
Hours: Up to 7.5 hours per day (Core hours 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri)
Location: We live, work, and gather on the unceded, ancestral territories of First Nations in British Columbia. Various Locations Across British Columbia - Onsite/Hybrid/Remote (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy).
Please note, roles based in Vancouver will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway in Spring 2027.
Overview

Specific responsibilities will depend on the role, but will be across FNHA and may include roles in the following areas:
Clinical Roles: Registered Nurses, Mental Health Clinicians, Nurse Practitioners, Allied Health roles, Physicians / Medical Officers,
Regional Roles: Community Engagement Coordinators, Medical Office Assistants (MOA) , Project Managers/Leads, Planners, Analysts, Program Coordinators, Advisors
Provincial Roles: Administrative support, project leads, management and senior executive roles in the following areas Finance, Human Resources, IMIT, Communications, Legal, Privacy, Governance, Policy, Planning & Evaluation
About you
We are looking for individuals who:

Identify as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis.

Reside in British Columbia or are willing to relocate.

Have experience working with First Nations communities and/or organizations, or who have lived experience.

Engages respectfully with colleagues, clients, and communities in ways that are culturally safe, trauma informed, inclusive, and free from discrimination

Are legally eligible to work in Canada.

3 weeks’ vacation for non-managers, 4 weeks’ vacation for managers, which increases by one week after 3 continuous years of service. Additionally, depending on the role and affiliation you may be entitled to personal days, 1 volunteer day, and 14 public holidays including National Day of Truth and Reconciliation, Easter Monday and Boxing Day
