Loader Operator
Knelsen Sand & Gravel Ltd. is one of the largest construction companies in Northwestern Alberta.
Our Grande Prairie location is currently looking for experienced Loader Operator to work at our Asphalt Plant in our Yard.
Job Scope & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate the safe and efficient operation of the loader.
- Must be attentive to completing preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with plant maintenance and related duties.
- This is a seasonal position from July to November.
- Must live in the Grande Prairie area prior to starting, LOA/staff housing are not available for these positions.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience operating a loader.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Have a valid driver's license and driver’s abstract according to company policy.
- Willing to work overtime, as required.
- As this is a safety sensitive position, pre-employment drug screening is in effect.
