Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support services to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care and hospice care
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure the well-being of clients
Requirements
- Experience in senior care, caregiving, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of nursing home, assisted living, or hospice environments is a plus
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and respect
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to undergo training as required for the role
- Physical ability to lift and move clients when necessary
Pay: $19.45-$25.60 per hour
