CPC Clinics has spent over two years building a growing Calgary practice, and demand has now outgrown our space. In October 2026 we move into our own purpose built clinic on Macleod Trail SE, with six sound proofed therapy rooms, and child and adolescent psychology is one of the practice areas we are expanding with a dedicated specialist at the lead. Our client acquisition engine already generates a steady flow of new enquiries every month, and parents asking for child focused support are among the most frequent requests we currently refer away. We intend to stop referring them away. That caseload is waiting for the right clinician.
Registered Psychologists and Registered Provisional Psychologists in good standing will be considered.

CPC Clinics is a growing Calgary multidisciplinary practice delivering counselling, psychological and neurodevelopmental assessment, rTMS neurostimulation, and structured wellness programs under one roof. We are building a premium, concierge level client experience backed by full administrative support, so clinicians spend their hours on clinical work, not on booking, billing, or marketing.
The Role
You will be the lead clinician for children and adolescents at CPC Clinics, working with anxiety, school related stress, emotional regulation, behavioural concerns, fears and phobias, family transitions, and low mood in young clients. You will collaborate with our assessment team, including our neurodevelopmental and psychoeducational assessment services, so complex young clients receive coordinated care rather than fragmented referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence based individual therapy to children and adolescents, with parent and family involvement as clinically appropriate
- Develop and deliver treatment plans grounded in modalities such as CBT, play based approaches, exposure based treatment for phobias and anxiety, and emotion focused work
- Coordinate with our assessment psychologists on shared clients, including ADHD, psychoeducational, and autism assessment pathways
- Liaise with schools, physicians, and families to support continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with College of Alberta Psychologists standards
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
- Registered Psychologist or Registered Provisional Psychologist in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Demonstrated clinical experience with children and adolescents
- Training in at least one evidence based child modality (CBT for youth, play therapy, PCIT, exposure based treatment, or equivalent)
- Strong communication with parents and external stakeholders
Assets
- Experience with school consultation and accommodation processes
- Training in family systems or attachment based approaches
- Experience treating pediatric anxiety, phobias, and emotional dysregulation
