Job Title: Lawn care worker
Reports to: Shelter Kitchen Manager Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Wage: ($20.00/hr)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable individual to join our seasonal lawn care team. This role involves operating lawn maintenance equipment such as push mowers, ride-on mowers, and weed eaters to maintain residential properties. A valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract are required, as transporting equipment to job sites is part of the role. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors.
Duties/Responsibilities: Operate push mowers, ride-on mowers, and weed eaters All duties must be done in a safe manner Must be able to follow direction Perform general lawn maintenance and trimming Safely transport equipment to and from job sites Maintain cleanliness and care of tools and equipment
Qualifications: Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract (must provide upon request) Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions Experience using lawn care equipment is an asset Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
