We are an established B2B importer and manufacturer of wall art servicing retailers of all sizes across North America. To accelerate our growth, we are executing a dual strategy: launching a brand-new, direct-to-consumer (B2C) website under a fresh brand identity featuring our entire catalog of art, while simultaneously expanding our reach into specialized, alternative B2B wholesale markets.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a versatile Specialty Channels & E-commerce Coordinator to join our small, nimble team in Mississauga. Reporting directly to the President and taking creative direction from our Director of Sales & Marketing, this individual will manage our complete B2C Shopify storefront while actively serving as the primary B2B point person for niche retail segments (e.g., juvenile/kids, seasonal/holiday, and independent buying groups).

Duties and Responsibilities
- B2B Alternative Channel Support: Act as the account and sales coordinator for non-traditional B2B verticals, aligning specific art categories to specialized retailers (e.g., juvenile art to kids' stores; holiday lines to seasonal buyers).
- Niche Trade Show Representation: Travel (10–15%) to specialized B2B trade shows and buying group events across North America—such as the ABC Kids Expo or seasonal show Americas Mart Atlanta. (Note: Attendance requires occasional weekend travel and hours).
- Social Media Execution: Manage and execute daily content and community management across our social media platforms, taking strategic directions from our Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Customer & Client Facing Care: Confidently handle direct consumer inquiries from the B2C website, as well as ongoing professional communication with specialized wholesale buyers.
- Team Logistics: Maintain agility in a tight-knit corporate culture. Master our internal B2B CRM software and proactively jump in to assist with general operational needs whenever required.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience blending retail coordination, sales support, digital marketing, or e-commerce administration.
- E-commerce & Creative Tools: Hands-on experience navigating Shopify backend systems. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for basic asset cropping, resizing, and web formatting.
- Software Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to manage account logs and spreadsheets.
- Communication: Exceptional client-facing communication skills, with equal comfort selling to professional B2B buyers and helping everyday consumers.
- Professional Mindset: A proactive, "wear-multiple-hats" attitude suited for a highly collaborative, fast-growing small team environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full-time, consistent on-site presence at our office in Mississauga, ON.
- Ability to travel 10–15% within North America for targeted trade shows, including weekend commitments.
COMPENSATION
- $50K – $60K per annum based on qualifications and experience.
