Roger’s Aquatics is looking for knowledgeable, passionate and driven animal lovers to join our amazing team.
We’re a family owned, and operated pet store offering a great selection of live animals and supplies. We provide our customers with quality food and supplies for all their scaly friends; reptiles, amphibians, freshwater fish and even small mammals. Most importantly, we do this with friendly knowledgeable staff who are driven to help our customers pets thrive!
Shifts are 8 hours including a 30 minute unpaid lunch. We are currently hiring in our small animal/reptile department. The right canidate would be available Wednesday - Saturday for shifts from 10-6
Small Animal/Reptile Duties Include:
- Cleaning / Feeding rat and mice onsite breeding colonies
- Cleaning / Feeding Reptiles including geckos, bearded dragons, frogs, spiders and snakes
- Customer service and sales; providing accurate animal care information to customers, showcasing our selection of live animals, food and supplies.
General Duties include:
- Cash Register duties
- Purchase order receiving and shelf stocking.
- General store maintenance; sweeping, moping, dusting ect.
You:
- are an animal lover with a positive attitude, dedication to animal care and customer service
- have a genuine love of animals and are comfortable handling them
- are a focused team player who is able to multitask and prioritize
- have NO allergies to any animals, dander or pine / aspen bedding
Only candidates with pet knowledge and personal experience, particularly in reptile care will be contacted.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
