Pelly Construction Ltd. is a privately owned and operated contract mining company based in Whitehorse, Yukon. Over the past 35 years Pelly has successfully completed many substantial earth moving projects, mine development & infrastructure, and environmental reclamation projects.
SERVICEMAN
We are actively seeking candidates for a Serviceman position:
Reporting to the Site Superintendent, the Serviceman is responsible maintaining a large fleet of heavy equipment in a mine setting.
Requirements (including but not limited to):
- Must demonstrate previous experience servicing heavy duty equipment
- Must have air brake endorsement, Class 3 driver’s license (or better)
- Previous mine site experience would be an asset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to meeting work goals while maintaining a safe work environment

Our wages are competitive and dependent on experience. Camp accommodations will be provided. Air and/or ground transportation provided from various locations. Work schedule to be determined. Candidates must be able to travel for work and able to work remotely. After a 3-month waiting period, we offer a generous employee benefits package which includes medical, dental, life and travel insurance coverage. We also offer a matching RRSP program.
