Allen's Landscape Supply Depot Inc. is looking for a versatile, hardworking, and safety-conscious team member. This is a dynamic role that requires a "jack-of-all-trades" mindset. You will split your time between physical yard duties, making local deliveries in a small dump truck and operating a front-end loader.

Key Responsibilities
- Yard Labour & Maintenance: Actively participate in landscape supply yard work, including hand loading sod, patio stones, bagged material etc.... maintaining clean material bins, organizing inventory and general landscape supply yard upkeep.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and comfortably able to lift up to 75 lbs .
- Deliveries: Safely operate a small company dump truck to deliver landscaping materials to local residential and commercial clients.
- Driving Credentials: Must possess a valid G-Class Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (must be able to provide a copy).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a front-end loader / load bulk materials (mulch, soil, gravel, stone) into customer vehicles and commercial trailers.
- Equipment Experience: Experience operating a front-end loader or skid steer is preferred but not necessary / will train.
- Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers professionally, ensuring they are loaded accurately and efficiently. Good communication skills. (Must speak fluent English)
- Versatility & Attitude: A true team player who is just as willing to jump out of the machine to help a customer as they are to drive.
- Landscaping Knowledge: Familiarity with landscaping materials and the industry is considered a strong asset.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible seasonal hours, including some weekends during peak periods.
