Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Siding & Eavestrough Installers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining siding, soffit, fascia and eavestrough systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely at heights. A background in construction, carpentry, or handyman work is highly valued to ensure quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion.
Responsibilities
- Measure and cut eavestrough, soffit, fascia & siding materials using hand tools and blueprint specifications
- Install various exterior building products
- Repair damaged measure and cut eavestrough, soffit, fascia & siding
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Perform heavy lifting of materials (Up to 80 lbs)
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute roofing plans
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
Skills
- Valid working At Heights Certification (required)
- Valid Class G License (preferred)
- 1-3 years of construction experience
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and measuring devices
- Strong knowledge of construction principles and carpentry techniques
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing methods
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 80 lbs) safely and perform physically demanding tasks
- Skill in reading blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Handyman experience is a plus for versatile problem-solving on-site
- Good understanding of safety procedures related to working at heights and on rooftops
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from main shop

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
