The successful candidate will possess an Honours Bachelor Degree in psychology, or a health-related or social science discipline, combined with one (1) year of relevant experience.
In addition, the candidate will have:
- Clear, compassionate communication skills to build trust with participants and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Strong organizational skills to balance competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- An ability to adapt and thrive in diverse and collaborative work environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience with electronic data capture tools such as REDCap.
- Strong research skills, including literature searches and database management.
- Experience with populations affected by cognitive impairment, dementia, or severe mental illness preferred.
- Familiarity with administering and scoring neuropsychological and clinical assessments (e.g., SCID, MINI, MoCA, MMSE, DKEFS, RBANS, NPI, CGI, ADAS-COG) an asset.
Experience with research ethics and regulatory compliance (REB applications, study amendments) an asset.

Salary Range: $27.95 – $37.28 per hour
