Inventory / Parts / Shipping Team Member

Simolo Customs Ltd. is a leading Canadian manufacturer of premium electric Lifestyle Vehicles. We are looking for a reliable, organized team member to take ownership of inventory, parts management, and shipping operations.
This role is critical to keeping our production running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
Inventory & Parts Management
- Receive, organize, and track incoming parts and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and storage systems
- Prepare parts kits for production
- Monitor stock levels and communicate re-order needs
Shipping & Receiving
- Package and ship parts and completed vehicles
- Coordinate freight, deliveries, and pickups
- Ensure all outgoing orders are accurate and properly documented
Shop Organization
- Keep parts areas clean, labeled, and efficient
- Assist with overall shop organization and workflow
Production Support (As Needed)
- Assist production team when inventory and shipping tasks are complete
- Help maintain a smooth and efficient build process
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or parts management preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
- Mechanically inclined is a strong asset
- Forklift experience is an asset (not required)
- Reliable and self-motivated
Schedule & Perks
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
