Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Spray Paint Helper with at least 1 year of experience prepping wood (masking, sanding and applying DAP). In this role, you will be responsible for preparing wood surfaces for painting. The ideal candidate must have their own transportation as we work all over the city (including deep SE and SW) and Okotoks.
Duties
- Prepare wood by masking, and sanding before painting.
- Apply DAP ALEX PLUS wood filler and sand wood.
- Organize, maintain inventory, and clean work area.
- Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

About Us
We are a small painting company based in Calgary, operating since 2014. Our team is made up of 2–3 people who take pride in delivering high-quality wood finishing work in a friendly, respectful environment.
Selected applicants will be contacted by phone and then asked to complete a paid trial day at $19/hr, during which their skills and experience are evaluated directly on site. After the trial, a final hourly rate is agreed upon based on performance and experience.
We do not contact references, as your hands-on work will be the best proof of your abilities.
