Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Answer questions about menu items and make knowledgeable recommendations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Process cash, debit, and credit transactions using a POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
- Follow all food safety and responsible liquor service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is required.
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and payment processing.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid ProServe certification is required.
- Must have full availability, holidays as required.
