Job Description:
We’re looking for a Real Estate Analyst to help drive TJX Canada’s store network growth and expand market share through impactful, data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll demonstrate advanced analytics, forecasting, and competitive assessments to influence site selection and uncover new market opportunities. You’ll also play a key part in shaping innovative analytical tools and workflows, improving how we make strategic decisions. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to recommend optimal site locations based on demographics, retail strength, and traffic patterns.

Forecasts store sales performance across all banners and formats; collaborates with Finance on site modeling and reporting.

Works closely with the Real Estate Market Manager to align strategic priorities, implement market analysis initiatives, and delivers insights that drive business objectives and long-term growth.

Develops and delivers comprehensive analysis and presentation materials for quarterly Real Estate Committee (REC) meetings; supports with and participates in annual strategy sessions.

Minimum three (3) years of experience in market analysis, retail analytics, or real estate‑related analysis preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data modeling) and PowerPoint.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong stakeholder alignment skills.

Strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork and partnerships.
