Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Assist customers with merchandising, POS transactions, and cash handling procedures
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the retail space is inviting and well-stocked
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers throughout shifts
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-ups
- Utilize organizational skills to track sales, inventory, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall store performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in upselling techniques and phone etiquette is desirable
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases
