Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Management

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and daily correspondence

Professionally answer, screen, and direct phone calls

Greet visitors and provide welcoming customer service

Order and maintain office and stationery supplies

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital/physical records

Ensure office and common areas remain tidy, professional, and well-organized
Inventory Management & Processing

Execute the timely intake and stocking of all new vehicle inventory, verifying accuracy against shipping documents

Process incoming used vehicles through inspection, documentation, and stocking procedures

Accurately enter all inventory data into the dealership management system to ensure immediate department-wide access

Complete all inventory-related paperwork promptly to support the swift workflow of the Sales and Service departments

Maintain precise inventory records and logs to facilitate efficient internal operations
Basic Accounting & Clerical Support

Process customer payments accurately

Perform accounts receivable tasks, including receipting and reconciling payments

Assist with accounts payable functions such as invoice processing and payment issuance

Support general bookkeeping and financial record entry
Team Collaboration & Operational Support

Provide administrative assistance across departments as needed

Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Support marketing initiatives, spreadsheet development, and system updates

Assist with special projects, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements
- High School Diploma minimum
- Preferred: Business Administration Diploma or equivalent professional training
