Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor (commerical interiors) to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors effectively. The Construction Site Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining project schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering exceptional results for clients.
Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
- Manage on-site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Oversee budgeting processes related to labor, materials, and equipment costs
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, issues, and resolutions for stakeholders
- Utilize construction estimating tools to assist in cost control and resource allocation
- Implement and oversee the use of construction management software for scheduling, documentation, and communicationExperience

- Demonstrated ability in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating
- Experience in quality control procedures and safety management on active job sites
- Familiarity with budgeting processes within a construction environment

Pay: $62,400.00-$72,800.00 per year
